I started the CG method last month and so far so good. I've been using Tresemme Naturals Aloe Vera and Avocado Nourishing Moisture Conditioner for co-wash and as a leave-in. My hair comes out very defined and my curls are usually soft after the I've fluffed my air dried hair.
